Facebook Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to Tax Rebate Services’s prize draw run via Facebook (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 16 and over.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must like the relevant Prize Draw post and comment with Comment #MACToolGiveaway #JanGiveaway on our Facebook page by 23:59 on 28/02/2022.
4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
5. There will be one prize winner.
6. The winner will receive a MAC TOOL 1/2″ Drive18V Cordless Brushless Impact Wrench Kit
7. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 28/02/2022 and notified by within 7 working days by private message.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Tax Rebate Services reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prize will be sent by Special Delivery post within 28 days of the winner claiming their prize and providing their details to Tax Rebate Services.
10. By entering the Prize Draw you acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Tax Rebate Services’s control. Tax Rebate Services will not be liable for any such instances.
11. Any decision of Tax Rebate Services as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Tax Rebate Services accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.facebook.com or any other reason.
12. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
13. Tax Rebate Services reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
14. Tax Rebate Services reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
15. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Facebook’s terms of service.
16. The winner‘s surname and county will be available on request for one month after the prize have been claimed by sending an email to [email protected]. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to [email protected] by 28/02/2022. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
17. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Tax Rebate Services for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with Tax Rebate Services Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.taxrebateservices.co.uk/privacy-cookies-policy/.
18. All elements of the prize are being provided by Tax Rebate Services and Tax Rebate Services is acting solely as the promoter of the Prize Draw.
19. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
20. All entrants fully release Facebook from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
21. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and you are providing information to Tax Rebate Services NOT Facebook.
